If you don't know your exact time, we can still provide readings based on your sun and moon signs using a noon chart, though they won't include house-specific guidance. We recommend checking your birth certificate, hospital records, or asking family members. Even an approximate time (morning vs. afternoon) helps significantly.

When we say "Venus is transiting your 7th house," we mean YOUR 7th house based on YOUR rising sign and birth location. Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose access to features you've already paid for. Manage everything through your Stripe customer portal.

Absolutely. There are no contracts, no commitments, and no cancellation fees. Cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Stripe customer portal, and you'll continue receiving readings through the end of your current billing period. We'll never charge you after cancellation.

The $49.99 one-time consultation is a comprehensive analysis of your complete natal chart, delivered as a detailed PDF and personalized audio recording. It covers all planetary positions, house placements, major aspects (conjunctions, trines, squares, oppositions), life themes, and timing cycles. Think of it as the "owner's manual" for your chart. We don't offer a free trial, but you can cancel anytime within the first month if the readings don't resonate with you. We find that most subscribers are hooked within the first week — the personalization is noticeably different from generic horoscope content.

We never sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Since email delivery IS the product, unsubscribing from emails would effectively pause your service. However, you can customize which emails you receive — for example, you could opt out of weekly transit alerts while keeping daily readings and monthly forecasts.
