If you're using a work or school email, try switching to a personal email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) as institutional filters are stricter.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account management page. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and any price difference is prorated.
We offer a 14-day refund window from your subscription start date. If you're within this window, select "Refund Request" in the contact form below and we'll process it automatically.

Every BirthChart reading is generated using your exact birth date, time, and location. We calculate real planetary positions using Swiss Ephemeris data and interpret actual transits to your natal chart — not generic sun-sign horoscopes.
If your birth time is approximate, your rising sign and house placements may shift. You can update your details for more precise readings.
You can update your birth date, time, and location from your onboarding page. Updated readings will reflect your new details starting the next day.
